The fast-growing technology industry has led to an increased use of technology in companies, and an increasing competition and pressure to keep up with the trend. In a survey conducted by S&P Global, employees in different industries were asked questions about the use of data, AI and analytics in their companies. 90% of the respondents said they believe data will become more important for decision-making in the near future. Most people said the goal of becoming more data-driven is to increase agility in the company, but the lack of data security is a concern for many.
